This interim application has been moved by the applicants stating therein that pursuant to the directions issued on 7th February 2025 in Writ Petition No.8978 of 2023, measurement of Gat No.398 at Village Budruk, Tal. Shirur, Dist. Pune is being undertaken without due notice to the present applicants. It is seen that Writ Petition No.8978 of 2023 is to be listed on 5th March 2025. This interim application be listed along with the aforesaid writ petition. Till the said date, the further measurement shall stand deferred.
