Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is filed to vacate the stay granted by this Court by an order dated 23 January 2025. By the said order, this Court has continued the ad-interim relief granted earlier. The District Court while passing the impugned order has stayed its own order to facilitate the Petitioner to approach the High Court.

It is the grievance of the Applicant that taking advantage of the order passed by this Court, the Petitioner is seeking police protection to enforce the order passed by the trial Court, which has been reversed by the District Court. 4.

The Court is informed that the said application is placed before the trial Court for hearing on 6 March 2025.

The trial Court shall not proceed with the hearing of the said application till the Writ Petition is decided.
