Learned Advocate Mr.Pandit Kasar for the appellant, on instructions, made a statement that the appellant would deposit the entire compensation alongwith interest in the Tribunal within four weeks from today. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

In view thereof, there shall be an ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a).
