Mr. Chettiar, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has received an email as well as a telephonic call from respondent no.1 informing him that he wants to change his advocate. 2.

Mr. Nayak who appears for respondent nos.1 and 2 states that if respondent no.1 does not wish to engage him he is free to engage any other advocate. However, he continues to represent respondent no.2 as of today.
