Interim Application has been preferred seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased sole Appellant, and for setting aside abatement and condonation of delay of 21 years and 210 days caused in bringing the legal heirs of sole Appellant on record. By an order of even date this Court has directed that in the event the Appeal succeeds, the Appellant will not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of 4th September 2001, till the date of passing of the order i.e. 11th March 2025.
