Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the key grievance in the impugned judgment is that it fails to recognize that the value of transactions in the neighbouring villages would are claimed to be a valid benchmark in view of there having been no transactions in the village in which the land was acquired.

This bunch of Appeals are inter-connected and needless to say, considering that it is not in favour of the landlosers, there are no cross appeals by the State.

3.

Considering the issue involved, tag and list all the appeals for "Final Hearing" on February 24, 2026.

4.

Parties shall prepare a convenience compilation to focus the attention on the core issues involved in the adjudication of these appeals.

5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
