Perused the praecipe.

2) In the Order dated 11th March 2025, in paragraph 3, the words 'has deposited entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon' are inadvertently typed instead of the words 'will deposit the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon within four weeks from today'.

3) After effecting the necessary corrections, the paragraph 3 of the Order dated 11th March, 2025 would read as under :- "3. Learned Advocate Ms.Sinha for the Applicant submitted that it took time to get an administrative approval to file the Appeal. The delay is not huge. The 1/2

H.C. SHIV p2.ia3652.25.doc Applicant would deposit the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon within four weeks from today."

4) Similarly in last para, line 2, the words "and Interim Application" be added after the words "the Appeal". 5) After effecting the necessary corrections, the last para of the Order dated 11th March, 2025 would read as under :- "3. Learned Advocate for the Appellant to supply the spare copy of the Appeal and Interim Application in the Registry for service of notice on the Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. In addition to the Court's notice the Appellant to serve the Respondent No.2 by private notice and file the affidavit of service before the returnable date. Hamdast allowed."

6) Necessary corrections be carried out in the Order dated 11th March 2025, and the corrected Order be uploaded on the Official Website of this Court.

7) In view thereof, the Applicant shall deposit the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest within four weeks from the date of uploading of this Order.
