The present Interim Application is preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased Applicant No.3. The Applicant No.3 passed away on 26th November Sonali

24-IA-3662-2025.DOC 2021 and the Interim Application is taken out on 26th February 2025.

As there is delay in filing the Interim Application, Mr. Prabhu, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 strongly opposes the Interim Application.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
