The relief sought in the present Interim Applications is to set aside the order dated 21st February 2025, by which Civil Revision Application No.7 of 2018, Civil Revision Application No.32 of 2018 and Civil Revision Application No.361 of 2018 were dismissed for non-prosecution and to restore the said Civil Revision Applications. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Applications, the same are allowed by setting aside the order dated 21st February 2025 and restoring all these Civil Revision Applications to the file of this Court.

Accordingly, the Interim Applications are disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO.7 OF 2018, CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 32 OF 2018 AND CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO.361 OF 2018:

1.

As the Civil Revision Applications are restored to the file, the interim relief which is operating in the said Civil Revision Applications shall also stands restored, subject to the conditions imposed in the order granting the same.

2.

Stand over to 18th March 2025.

3.

To be listed along with Civil Revision Application No.192 of 2018.
