For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application and in view of the fact that the petitioner no.6 desires to withdraw himself from the present proceedings so as to enable him to participate in the Scheme conducted by the Maharashtra Government under the provisions of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, the name of the petitioner no.6 is permitted to be deleted from the array of parties. Deletion be carried out within a period of one week from today.
