5) In view thereof, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Interim Application, till the next date i.e., till 30th April, 2025.

6) In case of the default in depositing the compensation amount within stipulated period as stated above, the ad-interim stay shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 7) Stand over to 30th April, 2025.
