The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the above Fema Appeal. According to the learned counsel, and even according to the Registry, in fact there is no delay. Considering these facts as well as the provisions of Section 35 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (for short "Fema 1999"), we hereby condone the delay, if any.
