Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

The relief sought in this Interim Application is to set aside the Order dated 8th January 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) in Writ Petition (St.) No.33399 of 2024. 3.

By the said Order, the Petitioner has been directed to remove office objections within a period of two weeks and on failure of the same, registration of the Writ Petition was directed to be refused. Dusane

Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel states that most of the office objections are removed. Mr. Shaikh states that the Writ Petition is at the pre-admission stage.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (1) and (2). 6.

Accordingly, the Order dated 8th January 2025 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) refusing registration of the Writ Petition is set aside.

The Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court on the condition that the Petitioner removes all office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
