In any event, considering the short delay and order proposed to be passed, no prejudice would be caused to the Respondents. 4.
A perusal of the averments indicates that sufficient cause has

For the reasons stated above, and in the interest of justice, it is just and proper to condone the delay of 3 days and allow the application for condonation of delay.
