This Interim Application has been filed for condonation of a delay of 3 days in filing the Second Appeal. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that respondents have duly served. 3.

In any event, considering the short delay and order proposed to be passed, no prejudice would be caused to the Respondents. 4.

A perusal of the averments indicates that sufficient cause has

For the reasons stated above, and in the interest of justice, it is just and proper to condone the delay of 3 days and allow the application for condonation of delay.
