The compliance affidavit is taken on record. The contention of learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 is that the suit land which was a Kuccha Road has been repaired and made usable by the Respondent No.1 by his own cost of Rs.7Lakhs. This is sought to be disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondents submitting that the same is not usable and would create an obstacle during monsoon. 2.

Let an affidavit in rejoinder be filed to the compliance affidavit of Respondent No.1.
