Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Issue notice to Respondent No.1.

Mr. Dhumal waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. 4.

In the application for condonation of delay, it is contended that the applicant is a senior citizen lady. She was unwell. Therefore, the civil revision application could not be filed within the stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 resisted the prayer for condonation of delay.

Having regard to the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The Interim Application stands allowed.

(ii) Delay in filing the Revision Application stands condoned. (iii) Revision application be numbered and listed for Admission as a fresh matter on 2 April 2025.
