Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 53 days caused in preferring the present Appeal. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for Applicants submits that delay has occurred as necessary instructions could not be given by the Applicant to the Advocate for the purpose of drafting the Appeal. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for Respondents opposes the Application and submits that Application does not sets out sufficient explanation for delay.

It is specific pleading in the Application that there was delay in Sairaj 1 of
122 Ia-3882-2025.doc engaging Advocate and thereafter, Application for certified copy was made and the Appeal was drafted, which took some time. 5.
Considering that duration of delay is short duration which has been adequately explained in the Application, the same deserves to be condoned and is hereby condoned.

Interim Application is allowed.
