Heard Mr. Chandratri, learned Advocate for Applicant. 2.

Matter has reached hearing today. On the last occasion Mr. Soni had persuaded the Court to grant time to Respondents in the Interim Applications to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Interim Applications since the delay was humongous in filing those Applications for Review.

Learned Advocate for Review Petitioner would submit that Affidavit-in-Reply is not filed till date.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to give one last

76.IA.3885.2025+.doc chance to the Respondents in Interim Applications to file their Affidavit-in-Reply. If the Affidavit-in-Reply is not filed as was requested by Mr. Soni to the Interim Applications, the Interim Applications shall be allowed on the next date and delay shall be condoned by passing appropriate orders in accordance with law which shall be noted by Mr. Soni.

Copy of this order shall be served on Respondents by learned Advocate for Applicant.
