Interim Application has been preferred seeking permission to serve the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 by substituted service in the newspaper which is circulating in the locality in which the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 reside.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Respondent No. 1's last known address is in Dubai, UAE and Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in Ontario, Canada and seeks permission for publication in Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Toronto Sun and Toronto Star as far as Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are concerned. He would further submit that by order dated 29th November, 2024, the Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 were permitted to be served by substituted service who are Shubham Talle 1 of

82-IA-3890-2025.doc residing at Canada and England respectively. The application pleads that despite due efforts the Applicants could not be served and seeks substituted service as the Respondents Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are situated in foreign country.

Let the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 be served by substituted service under Order-V Rule-20 of CPC. The service to be effected within a period of eight weeks from today. Interim Application is allowed.

Interim/Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date.

Stand over to 16th June, 2025.
