The above Interim Application is filed seeking to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application. The amendment is necessitated to bring certain subsequent facts on record. 2.

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and a copy of the amended Petition shall be served on all the Respondents immediately thereafter.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
