Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that Letter of Administration has been issued in favour of Respondent No.1 for whom Advocate Mr. Chavan appears and therefore he would be contesting Respondent.

Mr. Chavan does not seriously oppose the Application considering short duration of delay.
