Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 24th January 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) rejecting the registration of Appeal for non removal of office objections within the stipulated time of two weeks. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the office of Advocate was not aware of the conditional order and thus office objections could not be removed within time. He would further submit that the same came to the notice of Advocate subsequently and hence there is delay of 7 days in filing the present Application. Patil-SR 1 of

For the reasons stated in Application, delay of 7 days is condoned. Interim Application is allowed and First Appeal is restored to file subject to removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
