Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

These Interim Applications are taken out to carry out amendment in the Civil Revision Applications in view of the change in the trustees of the Respondent - Trust.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the Respondent has no objection to carry out amendment in the Civil Revision Applications, as proposed.

Thus, for the reasons assigned in the Interim Applications and the SSP 1/2

10 ia 4045 of 2025.doc aforesaid statement, the Interim Applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks and amended copy of the Civil Revision Applications be served on the Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.

Issue notice to the newly added trustees.

7.

Mr. Bhopi, learned Counsel waives service of notice on behalf of the newly added trustees.

8.

Interim Applications stand disposed.

9.
