This application is for fixing an early date of hearing of the appeal. By order dated 4th July 2023 this court has already passed an order that the second appeal be heard as per its own turn. 2.

Even otherwise there are large number of old second appeals pending before this court for final hearing. The pending appeals are also of the year 1982, 1986 and 1988. Hence, the interim application cannot be allowed at this stage.

Interim Application is therefore dismissed.
