Present Application filed by Respondent Nos.1 to 3/Original Claimants seeking withdrawal of the balance compensation amount. 2) As stated in the Application, by Order dated 14th November 2024, this Court permitted the Claimants to withdraw 60% of the compensation amount alongwith accrued interest. 3) The Civil Application No.3947 of 2013 filed by the Appellant/Insurance Company (for Condonation of Delay) was dismissed by Order dated 12/01/2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). Thereafter, the Appellant/Insurance Company did not pursue the matter diligently. As such, till today the Appeal is not registered as required. 1/2
