APPEAL FROM ORDER (St) NO. 9816 OF 2025 1.
During the pendency of the captioned Appeal, the Appellants and Respondent no. 1 have settled the disputes inter se amongst themselves which were the subject matter of the Suit before the Trial Court. The parties have tendered Minutes of Order of today's date. The said Minutes of Order are signed by the Advocates of the Appellant and Respondent no. 1. They submit that on account of the settlement between them, which settlement is recorded in the said Minutes of Order, the order dated 2nd January 2024 passed by the Trial Court and which is the subject matter of challenge in the present Appeal, would no longer survive against the Appellants insofar as the properties that are set out in paragraph no. 3 of the Minutes of Order. 2.
Considering this, the Minutes of Order is taken on record and marked-'X' for identification.

Undertakings that are recorded in the said Minutes of Order are taken on record as undertakings given to the Court. 4.
As more particularly recorded therein, Respondent no. 1 herein, who is the original Plaintiff, has undertaken to delete the said properties that
are set out in paragraph no. 3 of the said Minutes of Order from the captioned Suit and also delete the Appellants from the array of parties in the said Suit within one week.

Accordingly, place the matter for compliance on 30th March 2026.
