Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for restoration of the Second Appeal which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections by an order dated 19 December 2024.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 19 December 2024 dismissing the Second Appeal for non-removal of office objections, stands set aside and the Second Appeal stands restored to file, subject to the Appellants removing office objections, if any, within a period of three weeks. 4.

In the event, the office objections are removed, Second Appeal be registered and listed for admission.

In case, the office objections, if any, are not removed within the said period of three weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the Second Appeal shall dismissed without further reference to the court. 6.
