Mr. Siroya, learned Counsel for the Intervenor submits that insofar as the observations as made by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in order dated 28 April 2025 are concerned, the Municipal Corporation has already filed an Interim Application for vacating of the status quo order, and hearing on the said application is completed and the same is kept for orders. 9.
Let further progress in the said proceeding be informed to the Court on the adjourned date of hearing.
