In view of the aforesaid statement and for the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 30th January, 2025 dismissing the Second Appeal for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and the Second Appeal (Stamp) No. 34592/2025 stands restored to file, subject to the applicant, removing the office objections within a period of four weeks. 1/2 SAINATH
