This is an application for bringing legal heirs of Applicant No.10 on record. Applicant No.10 (Chandarani Shivaji Chavan) has expired on 22.01.2025. The application is filed in time. 3.

Considering the averments in the application, it is allowed. Applicant Nos.10(a) and 10(b) are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy be served upon other side.
