DATE : 29 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This interim application is filed by the Acquiring body seeking stay to the Judgment and Award dated 1 November, 2023 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in Land Acquisition Reference No. 41 of 2014.

2) Mr. Chawan, learned Senior Advocate for the applicant has tendered a chart showing that an amount of Rs.1,08,83,445/- has been deposited by cheque dated 7 July, 2025.

KVM 2/2 29-IA-6694-2025.doc 3) Ms.Punde, learned advocate appearing for the original claimant submitted that 50% of the deposited amount has been withdrawn by the original claimant and the balance 50% has been kept in Fixed Deposit.

4) In view of the same, this interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
