Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date: 2025.04.02 20:14:59 +0530 the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest has been deposited and points out the receipt which has been issued by the Commissioner for Workmens Compensation.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 29th April, 2025. In addition to Court notice, advocate for the Appellant/Applicant to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date. 4.

In view of the deposit of the entire decretal amount along Shubham Talle 1 of

22-(a)-IA-6696-2025.doc with accrued interest ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(a) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal the Order and Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Judge Kashinath B. Kamgouda, W. C. Case NO. 75/C-16/2012 dated 31.07.2024 be stayed."
