Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the execution of impugned judgment and order dated 7th February 2025 passed in Special Summary Suit No.222 of 2018. 2.

As the decree is a money decree, upon a query by this Court as regards the deposit, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the principal amount will be deposited in this Court within a period of one week from today. As the willingness is shown to deposit the principal amount, Interim Application is allowed. The execution of judgment and order dated 7th February 2025 passed in Special Summary Suit No. 222 of 2018 is stayed subject to deposit of principal amount of Rs.85,18,277/- in this Court on or before 2nd May 2025.
