The request is to expedite the hearing of the writ petition. 2.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Hearing is expedited.

This is yet another matter where the copy of the reply has been not scanned.

The Registry shall look into the matter to ensure that all documents/applications/affidavits are scanned. INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1087 OF 2019 5.

As such, the non-applicants have opposed the application by referring to the Kabuliyat executed in favour of the present petitioner. The said objection, however, will be of no relevance to bring on record the legal representatives of the petitioner. That being so, and for the reasons set out in the application, which is filed within time, the application is allowed. 6.

The legal representatives of the petitioner shall be brought on record within seven working days from today, failing which the order of abatement shall stand ratified. The respondent shall take note of the amendment.

List the petition on 22nd June 2026.
