This is an application seeking condonation of delay and restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed for nonprosecution due to non-clearance of office objections. 3.

At least today, the Advocate for the applicant, should have appeared before the Court. However, after perusing the reasons, we are satisfied that the applicants should not be met

41-IA-6737-2025 IN WP-4813-2024.DOCX to suffer simply because no timely steps were taken by the Advocates engaged by them. There is sufficient cause for condonation of delay because the applicants were unaware of this order.
