The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant will deposit compensation amount along with accrued interest within four weeks. Considering his statement the impugned order is stayed till next date.

After depositing the amount the Respondent No.1 can file Application for withdrawal of the compensation before Trial Court, Trial Court shall decide the said Application on its own merit.
