DATE : 29 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This interim application is filed by the Acquiring body seeking stay to the Judgment and Award dated 13 February, 2024 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in Land Acquisition Reference No. 42 of 2014.

2) Mr. Chawan, learned Senior Advocate for the applicant has tendered a chart showing that an amount of Rs.1,60,06,334/- has been deposited by cheque dated 7 July, 2025.

KVM 2/2 30-IA-6753-2025.doc 3) Ms.Punde, learned advocate appearing for the original claimant submitted that 50% of the deposited amount has been withdrawn by the original claimant and the balance 50% has been kept in Fixed Deposit.

4) In view of the same, this interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
