The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Applicant No.6. There is delay of 40 days in filing the Interim Application. 2.

Ms. Iram Memon, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application. She states that the tenancy cannot be transferred to the legal heirs of the Applicant No.6. 3.

Keeping that objection open which is to be agitated at the final hearing of the Civil Revision Application, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a),
