1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties on this interim application which is filed for restoration of the petition which came to be dismissed by this Court by an order dated 10 March 2025.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to delete paragraph No.3. Accordingly, paragraph No.3 of the interim application shall not form part of the record. The Court in dismissing the petition by its order dated 10 March 2025 observed that although the petition was circulated, none had appeared when the matter was called out. This interim application was filed on 16 March 2025.

3. In the interest of justice and having perused the averments as made in the interim application, we allow this application, however it shall be subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the following Account: "Account Name : The High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai.
