This application is for carrying out amendment to the second appeal. Second appeal is still pending on application for condonation of delay.

Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 9(i) and 9(ii).

the applicant submits that separate application is already pending in the second appeal. Hence, the applicant do not press this prayer at this stage.
