The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 31st January 2024, passed by the Tahshildar, Madha, District Solapur, for carrying out the amendment in the order dated 27th February 2023 passed in Case No. tek&2@155@,l vkj@63@2022.

The Petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy of filing an appropriate proceeding before the Authorities under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The Writ Petition, therefore, does not deserves to be entertained. 7.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Authorities under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

In the event the question of limitation arises, the time spent in prosecuting this petition may be accounted for under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
