16.FA.275.2013.doc during the pendency of the Applications, it has come to their knowledge that the name and address of the Respondent No. 3-Company has changed. He seeks leave to file additional affidavit alongwith supporting documents to place the said changes on record.

Considering the fact that name of the entity being served is changed, no purpose will be served in granting the Applications without changing the name and address of the Respondent No. 3-Company. 5.

The Applicants are therefore permitted to file additional affidavit and place the changed name and address in respect of the Respondent No. 3 Company on record. The same be done within a period of two weeks from today.

Liberty is also granted to amend and make an additional prayer of seeking change of name in the cause title of the appeals and pending applications. Amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks from today. 7.
