The learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application is taken out for fixing early date of hearing of First Appeal No.1406 of 2012. The present applicant is a respondent in the said appeal. The appeal is of 2012 and the roster of this Bench is to take up the First Appeals from 2011 to 2021. The Court has already fixed afternoon session for hearings of First Appeals in chronological order. 2.

Therefore, First Appeal No.1406 of 2012 be listed according to its turn for final hearing in the afternoon session. The paper-book is already filed and served by the appellant.
