The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 301 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.
When the above matter was called out, we are informed that Respondent No. 4 (Shri. Sachin Chandrakant Patil) has expired. He was a bachelor. His legal heir is his mother who is already Respondent No. 2.
Therefore, a request is made to permit the Applicant/Appellant to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the above Interim Application as well as in the First Appeal, so also in the cause title of the stay application filed by the Applicant, namely, Interim Application No. 6864 of 2025. 3.
Leave is granted. The amendment shall be carried out in the above Interim Application as well as in the cause title of the First Appeal as well as in the cause title of Interim Application No. 6864 of 2025 forthwith in front of the Associate. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.
As mentioned earlier, the above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 301 days in filing the above Appeal. We have perused the above Interim Application and also heard the learned counsel for the parties. Though, the above Interim Application was vehemently opposed by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 11, we find that the delay is sufficiently explained. Hence, the delay in filing the above Appeal is hereby condoned. 5.
Now that the delay is condoned, the Advocates for the Applicant/ Appellant shall remove all other office objections within a period
of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 7.
