By means of this interlocutory application, the applicantin-person seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to take steps for removal of debris placed over the Sanpada Node Holding Pond, located at Sector 21, Plot Nos.1+2A, Navi Mumbai.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1-Corporation, on instructions, submits that the debris on the aforesaid plot shall be removed within an outer limit of three months from today.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed on Interim Application. The same is accordingly disposed of.
