The above Interim Application is filed to restore Writ Petition (st) No. 11071 of 2024 on the file of this Court and to set aside the order dated 9th August 2024 which was a self-operative order dismissing the above Writ Petition, if the office objections were not removed within two weeks from the date of the said order.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant. Though we are not fully satisfied for the reasons given for nonremoval of the office objections, not to deny the Petitioner/Applicant an

opportunity to address this Court on merits, we hereby restore the above Writ Petition on the file of this Court subject to the Applicant paying costs of Rs.25,000/- to the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai through RTGS within a period of two weeks from today.
