The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, the applicants would remove the office objections within a period of three weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement and for the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay of 128 days in filing the application stands condoned and the order dated 8th August, 2024 passed by the Registrar dismissing the petition for non1/2
9-IA6926-2025.DOC removal of office objections, stands set aside and WP(ST)/12291/2024 stands restored to file, subject to the applicants removing the office objections within a period of three weeks from today.

In the event office objections are removed, list the petition as a fresh matter.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period of three weeks, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 6.
Interim application stands disposed.
