This application is for fixing early date of hearing of the second appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the second appeal is already listed on the weekly final hearing board. 2.

There are large number of old second appeals still pending on the board. The pending appeals are also of the year 1982, 1986 and 1988. Hence, at this stage priority cannot be given to this second appeal. In any case the second appeal is already on the weekly final hearing board. Hence, it will be heard as per its turn listed on the board.

Interim Application is dismissed.
