2) Present Application seeking condonation of 40 days delay in filing this Application and restoration of the Appeal. The Appeal stood dismissed against Respondent Nos.5, 6, 8 and 9 for non-compliance of the conditional Order dated 13/12/2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). 3) The delay is not huge. The Applicant has not taken any advantage of the said delay. In view thereof and considering the other reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 40 days in fil ing this Application is condoned. Order dated 13/12/2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is set-aside. Appeal is restored to file as against Respondent Nos.5, 6, 8 and 9.
