Heard Mr. Vijay Yadav, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

The relief sought in the Interim Application is for restoration of the Writ Petition by setting aside the Order dated 28th March 2025 passed by this Court dismissing the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Mr. Vijay Yadav, learned Counsel states that the Writ Petition was at the pre-admission stage and even the notice has not been issued by this Court.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Resultantly, Writ Petition No.1415 of of 2025 is restored to the file of this Court. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
